Safeguarding

The Safeguarding Team is committed to promoting and developing a culture that values, respects, and protects the rights of all RWT service users to live free from harm, abuse, and neglect. The team adopts a ‘Think Family’ approach to safeguarding, recognising the wider needs and circumstances of individuals and their families.

The team provides specialist safeguarding advice, guidance, and support to professionals involved in the care of RWT patients. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partner agencies, the Safeguarding Team helps ensure that safeguarding concerns are identified, managed, and responded to effectively, supporting the delivery of safe, person-centred care.
