Maternity teams at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust (RWT) are inviting anyone thinking about starting or growing their family to a free community workshop focused on preparing for a healthy pregnancy.
The first session will take place on Saturday 29 November, from 11am to 12.30pm at the Bingley Family Hub (Norfolk Road, Wolverhampton, WV3 0JE).
New dates will be added each month to support as many families as possible.

The workshop aims to give people the confidence and knowledge to make healthy choices before conception and throughout early pregnancy.
Amanda Costello, Specialist Midwife Public Health at RWT, said:
“Preparing for pregnancy is one of the most important steps in ensuring a healthy start for both mum and baby. This workshop is a great opportunity to ask questions, get expert advice and connect with others planning their pregnancy.”
Sunita Banga, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Lead Midwife at RWT, added:
“These sessions aren’t just for expectant mums – they’re for partners and families too. Pregnancy is a journey everyone can be part of, and by learning together, families can feel more confident and better equipped to support one another right from the start.”
