The Gynaecology Outpatients Department provides a comprehensive range of services for women. We undertake consultation, investigation, and treatment of a wide range of gynaecology conditions including:
- General gynaecology
- Urogynaecology
- Colposcopy / Cytology
- Hysteroscopy
- Gynaecology cancers (oncology)
- Post Menopausal Bleeding (a one-stop clinic where scanning, consultation and treatment can take place in one outpatient visit)
- Endometriosis
- Infertility
- Menopause
- Paediatric Gynaecology
- Minor gynaecology surgical procedures
At your appointment you may be seen by a consultant or a doctor in training, who will refer to a consultant if advice is needed. Some clinics are run by Clinical Nurse Specialists.
