Audiology (Hearing Services) - Children

What we do

We provide a wide range of family-friendly audiology services for babies, children and young people.

The Children’s Hearing Team is made up of paediatric audiologists and a consultant in audiovestibular medicine (a medical doctor with specialist training in hearing and balance disorders).

Our work involves hearing, balance and tinnitus assessment and advice, together with specialised hearing aid fitting and evaluation using advanced digital technology.

We work closely with the ear, nose and throat (ENT), speech and language, sensory inclusion, paediatricians, and social services teams.

Faulty hearing aids

You may be asked to leave the hearing aid for repair, and we will look at it within one working day.

Please contact us, if possible, before bringing the hearing aids in for repair.
