After your interview, if you have been chosen for the role, you will receive a call from the hiring manager with a provisional offer of employment. If you accept, we will send you a confirmation via email, including some documents that you will need to complete and return. The email will detail how to complete these forms and where they need to be sent to.
Your initial offer of employment will not become formal until all the relevant checks have been completed.
Before you start with us, we need to check your:
- identity
- right to work
- references
- qualifications and professional registration, if required
All new starters must have an occupational health check to ensure we are looking after your health and wellbeing, as well as allowing us to make any necessary arrangements to support you in your role.
Some roles, particularly those that involve contact with patients and members of the public, also require a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
