Information for Bank workers

Our Flexi-Bank provides temporary cover for wards, departments, and community services.

Bank workers can choose the role type and location of shifts, to fit around other commitments. It offers a great way of gaining experience in an area that you may wish to work in permanently in the future.

There’s a wide range of roles included: nurses, midwives, healthcare assistants, AHPs, and admin and clerical staff.

If you would like to join the RWT Flexi Bank, please email the Temporary Staffing Team or call them on 01902 307999 ext. 5446/5444.

Once you have joined the Bank, we use two apps to help you view, book and manage your shifts.

Loop

The Loop app is designed for android and iOS phones and is the successor to Me and Employee Online.

With Loop, you can:

  • View and manage your roster on the go
  • Improve your work-life balance by requesting shifts on future rosters
  • Manage your annual leave and study requests
  • See who you’re working with by viewing team schedules

It is free to download from Google Play Store and App Store by searching for Allocate Loop. If you prefer, you can assess it via a web page, although there are fewer functions available.

If you experience any difficulties in accessing/using the app or webpage, please contact rwh-tr.HealthRoster@nhs.net.

Employee Online

Employee Online enables rostered staff to view published rosters, manage annual leave and study requests and improve work-life balance by request duties on future rosters (four duty requests per roster period, pro rata).

Other benefits include:

  • View and book bank duties on the move with just a swipe-and-tap (subject to holding a bank post)
  • View your time sheets
  • See who you’re working with by viewing team schedules
  • Reset and retrieve forgotten passwords

All rostered staff (non-medical) should have access to Employee Online. However, if you have not yet received login details, please contact a member of the E-Roster team on 01902 481900 option 3.
