It is important that you let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment. This is so we can give your appointment to another patient.
To change or cancel your appointment, you can:
- contact the central booking team, between 8.30am and 8pm, on 01902 481777
- contact the service using the telephone number at the top of your appointment letter
If you do not have an appointment letter, you can search for contact details using our A-Z of services, or contact the relevant hospital switchboard
If you are signed up to MyRWT, you may also be able to make changes to your appointment within the app.
