Important
Between 26th and 28th September 2025, RWT will be making some upgrades to our computer systems. There may be some impact on how your appointments are displayed on MyRWT during and after this period.
- You may see new appointments that happened in the past that you were not previously aware of. You do not need to do anything or worry about these. These are records of contacts that you may have had with health care professionals that were not previously shown in the app, for example phone calls, blood tests or walk-in attendances at the hospital. These are for information only.
- You may lose access to some letters, appointments or leaflets that you previously saw in the app where they are no longer compatible with our new systems. You should have received a text message if this might affect you, but we recommend that all patients use the ‘Download PDF’ function in MyRWT to save copies of your letters and leaflets to your device just in case there are any problems. This option is the blue box located at the top right of the page when you are looking at a letter. For leaflets, please use your device’s usual options to download or save the attachment. We will work hard to get these made available to you again as soon as we can.
- If any changes are made to your appointments between 26th and 28th September, for example if you call us to cancel or change an appointment, these changes will not be shown in MyRWT until the upgrade is complete. If the changes are not shown on the app correctly after 1st October, please contact us using the numbers below.
- If you see anything concerning during or after this change, or have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch via PALS or using the contact numbers below.
