Singers, dancers, comedians, magicians and poets can all take centre stage this summer as Your RWTC, the registered charity for The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust hosts a brand-new community talent show.
Wolverhampton’s Got Talent will take place on 11 July at Highfields School, Penn. And auditions are just around the corner.
Budding performers are invited to attend auditions on Saturday 16 May in the Lecture Theatre, WMI Building at Wolverhampton’s New Cross Hospital.
To request an audition slot, participants will need to complete the online form available on the RWTC charity website
Amanda Winwood, Charity Development Manager for Your RWTC, said: “We’re really excited to host our first Wolverhampton’s Got Talent – it’s a fantastic chance for the many talented people of all ages we have across our city to step forward and shine.
“Who needs Britain’s Got Talent when we have so much talent right here on our doorstep! We’re already famous for home grown stars such as Beverley Knight, Kevin Rowland and the late Liam Payne.
“It’s also a lovely way to bring our communities together while raising vital money for our charity to enhance our healthcare services. “
The winner of Wolverhampton’s Got Talent will receive a £250 Love2Shop voucher, with £150 awarded for second place and £100 for third.
