Freedom of information

This section is designed to meet your rights under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Data Protection Act 2018.

If you can’t find the information you need in our published sources, we are committed to answering requests made under the Freedom of Information Act. The Act gives you the legal right to request information about how our services are run, how much they cost, our targets and results, and more. Its purpose is to promote greater openness by public authorities such as our Trust.

If you are looking for specific information about the Trust or about yourself, you can find in this section contact details and guidance on how to access certain types of information.

The Freedom of Information Act does not change your right to protection of your information in accordance with Article 8 of the Human Rights Act 1998, the General Data Protection Regulations 2016, the Data Protection Act 2018, and in common law. We are committed to maintaining patient confidentiality. You can find out more about in Your Health Records.
