Young people living in Wolverhampton can now get free condoms delivered discreetly to their home.

Embrace, Wolverhampton’s Sexual Health Service, has launched a new free condom by post scheme for young people aged 19-24 who are signed up to the Wolverhampton C-Card scheme.
The C-Card scheme is a free and confidential service aimed at encouraging young people between 13-24 years old to practice safe sex. Anyone who signs up for a C-Card can access free condoms at a wide range of venues across the city and advice and support from trained key workers.
Those who would like to sign up for a C-Card can do so at a list of venues in Wolverhampton including The Way, Base 25, and Embrace clinics.
Condoms are the only method of contraception that can help protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs) – including those passed through vaginal, anal and oral sex.
Dr Prita Banerjee, Consultant/Clinical Director in Sexual Health and HIV, from Embrace, said: “We are very excited to offer this new service, which will allow young people the convenience of accessing free condoms from their own homes and to practice safe sex!”
This new service means that there are even more ways convenient ways that young people can access contraception. Placing an order online and have them delivered discreetly to their home – FOR FREE.
