How to access the service

Accessing our Ambulatory Clinic services is straightforward. If you think our clinics could help you, your GP, any other healthcare professional, or even a social care worker can make a referral on your behalf. They can do this by contacting Care Coordination on 01902 443322, or through our internal referral system.

Who Can Our Clinics Help?

  • Our clinics are designed for patients aged 18 and above who are registered with a Wolverhampton GP. It’s important that you are able to attend appointments at our clinic locations, as this is where we provide the care.

Who Our Clinics Cannot See

  • There are a couple of situations where our clinics might not be the right service for you:
  • We are unable to see patients who are under 18 years of age.
  • Our clinics are for patients who can travel to us, so we cannot see individuals who are housebound. (If you are housebound, please speak to your GP about other services that might be more suitable for home-based care.)

If you have any questions about whether our service is right for you, please speak to your GP or healthcare professional.
