Nominate outstanding Wolverhampton healthcare staff

Patients, their families and carers will be able to nominate a staff member or team within The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust for an award that recognises outstanding personalised care and compassion.

Caring for All Awards 2025

Every year the Trust runs an internal staff recognition awards event where colleagues can highlight innovation, improvements within teams and services, and staff who exemplify the behaviours outlined in the organisation’s Behavioural Framework – Kind, Listening, Inclusive and Professional.

This year’s Caring for All Awards includes the Royal Award category, which is now open to the public.

Nominations for this award should highlight an inspirational individual or team that consistently make a difference – going above and beyond to ensure quality care and positive experiences.

Alan Duffell, Group Chief People Officer for the Trust, said: “The annual awards affords us a great opportunity to honour the dedication of our staff who make a huge difference to the lives of patients, as well as supporting their colleagues.

“Every single person is working hard to improve the health and wellbeing of communities across Wolverhampton and further afield – whether they’re in a clinical role or support service. It’s so important that we recognise their efforts.

“So please, if you can, take a few minutes to let us know how someone has positively impacted you and/or your loved ones in our hospitals or Community Services.”

All nominations should be submitted before 10pm on Friday 15 August 2025.

Access the online form here.

Posters will be on display around the Trust sites with QR codes and instructions on how to submit a paper copy.

The winner will be announced at an event later this year.
