Our performance

As a publicly accountable organisation, it is important to us to be open and transparent about how we are doing. There are a number of ways in which we measure and report on our performance.

We have been rated as ‘Good’ overall by the CQC, as well as achieving ‘Good’ ratings in the ‘effective’, ‘caring’, ‘responsive’, and ‘well led’ categories.

We have a duty to report on things such as how we spend our money, our staffing levels, and how compliant we are against clinical and performance targets. You can find all of these within our publications and documents section.

To improve the quality of services that the NHS delivers, it is important to understand what people think about their care and treatment.

The FFT is a nationwide NHS initiative that offers every patient the opportunity to provide feedback to us. Find out more on our Friends and Family Test page.

This survey collects staff views about working in their NHS organisation. Data is used to improve local working conditions for staff, and ultimately to improve patient care.

The latest survey results from our Trust can be read on the NHS Staff Survey website.

As part of our duties, we must collect and publish a range of data on equality, diversity and inclusion. You can find this information on our Equality Reports and Papers page.
