Digital Learning

This team creates and oversees all the digital learning design across the Trust and creates engaging and effective learning experiences through eLearning, animation, videos, gamification, immersive and blended learning approaches.

By staying abreast of industry trends, the team aims to deliver innovative solutions that foster a culture of continuous learning and drive overall learning experiences. Trust staff can explore and access the full range of digital learning opportunities via our interactive online learning platform, MyAcademy.

NHS Futures

This team gives people the opportunity to explore more than 350 roles within the Trust, including work experience for students, and longer programmes for those not currently in education, employment or training (typically aged 18-30). The Futures Team plays an important role in recruiting people from diverse backgrounds who have no existing connection to the NHS. To learn more, visit our work experience pages.
