Freedom of information
Under Section 19 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the Trust has a legal duty to maintain a Publication Scheme, specifying what information we publish, how we make it available and whether it is free or there is a charge.
The Information Commissioners Office (ICO) is responsible for enforcing the Act. The ICO has a Model Publication Scheme, which is sets out the seven categories of information that all public sector organisations should provide:
Who we are and what we do
What we spend and how we spend it
What our priorities are and how we are doing
How we make decisions
Our policies and procedures
Lists and registers
The services we offer
As the Publication Scheme is for you, whether you are someone who uses our services or their carer, member of staff or a member of the public, your feedback is important to us. We welcome suggestions about how this scheme and the publications themselves might be improved.
