Publication Scheme

What is a Publication Scheme?

Under Section 19 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the Trust has a legal duty to maintain a Publication Scheme, specifying what information we publish, how we make it available and whether it is free or there is a charge.

The Information Commissioners Office (ICO) is responsible for enforcing the Act. The ICO has a Model Publication Scheme, which is sets out the seven categories of information that all public sector organisations should provide:

  • About us – information about our organisation
  • Our partners – details of the partners we work with
  • Our Board – our leadership structure and members
  • Visiting us – locations and contact details for our public facing services
  • News – updates from across the Trust

Please also see the following organisational structures which are currently available.

This category includes strategies and plans, performance indicators, audits, inspections and reviews.

We regularly review our policies and procedures, such as those included in the list below. If you wish to view any of these documents, please see Our Policies, procedures and frameworks, or email: rwh-tr.FOI@nhs.net.
