If English is not your first language
If you cannot speak or understand English, please speak to the staff on the ward or in the department you are in. They will be able to arrange translation for you, either face to face or by telephone.
Smoke-free Hospitals and Community sites
Please note that our hospitals and community sites are smoke-free and smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking shelters. For more information, please speak to a member of staff who will be able to advise where the nearest smoking shelter is located.
